A baccalaureate degree program shall require no more than 120 semester hours of college credit and include 36 semester hours of general education coursework.

Bachelor of Arts (BA)  requires 36 credits (SCH) in General Education (the same 36 credits required for the Associate degree).

A religious Bachelor of Arts degree must be long 4 years or 120 credits as the other bachelor of arts degrees. We accepts transfer of credits.

The vocational religious pathway of a religious degree requires 120 credits or 4 years, but doesn't require credits in general education. Anyway, we will require them as explained above, except for students with intellectual disabilities or other kinds of medical or social problems.

Under the rules of Florida Statutes, beginning in the 2022-2023 academic year and thereafter, students entering a technical degree education program as defined in s. 1004.02 (13) must complete at least one identified core course in each subject area (communication, math, social sciences, humanities, natural sciences) as part of the general education course requirements before a degree is awarded. The remaining general education course requirements shall be identified by each institution. Beginning with students initially entering a Florida College System institution or state university in the 2018-2019 school year and thereafter, each student must demonstrate competency in civic literacy. See below the link to Civic Literacy.
